How to activate

1.

To activate your account, submit your business documents, full details here.

Individual: ID Card and Tax ID (Indonesian Citizen) or Passport and KITAS (Non-Indonesian Citizen)

Business: Director’s ID Cards, Business’ Tax ID, Deed of appointment of directors, Ministerial Ratifications, Business Identification Number (NIB)

2.

Submit your business website URL in the form. If you don’t have a business website, insert your business social media (Instagram, Facebook) or marketplace store (Tokopedia, Shopee).

3.

Service Agreement outlines the agreed upon services to be provided. Read through and confirm your acceptance.

4.

Upon activation, you can instantly use the following:

Accept payments from BNI Virtual Account and Visa, MasterCards & JCB Cards (for Business Entity)

Disburse funds to a single person or up to a thousand using our dashboard or via APIs

5.

You’re now ready to accept payments. Xendit provides multiple options for you to start accepting payments:

Generate invoices from your dashboard
Accept payments by sending a simple link to your customers

Integrate with eCommerce platforms/plugins
Connect easily with WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix and more

Integrate with our APIs

To enable other payment methods, simply navigate to your Xendit dashboard. Select ‘Settings’ on left panel In the ‘Accept Payments’ card, click ‘Payment methods’

Choose your preferred payment methods, view individual tabs and simply click to activate. Our team is happy to help you with activation of new payment channels. We will notify you via your registered email address, with steps to complete the activation process.

How to activate

Sole Props/Individual Businesses: Primary ID (License/Passport/Govt Issued ID), DTI Registration, BIR 2303 (if applicable)
Partnerships/Corporations: Primary ID (License/Passport/Govt Issued ID), SEC Registration, Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, General Information Sheet, Notarized Secretary’s Certificate, BIR 2303 (if applicable)

2.
